About Me.

Bella Bear recently had her spay surgery — and handled it like a pro. She’s now recovering in foster care, soaking up attention and affection, and showing just how resilient and loving she is. At 5 years old and 118 pounds, this gray Newfoundland is as big-hearted as she is big-bodied.

Bella is the definition of a velcro dog. She wants to be near her person, involved in whatever you’re doing, and is happiest when she’s part of the moment. Whether it’s riding along in the car, heading out for an adventure, or just being your constant companion at home, Bella is all in.

🐾 What we love about Bella Bear

  • Loyal, affectionate, and deeply people-oriented

  • Velcro personality — happiest right by your side

  • Loves car rides and getting out into the world

  • Good with dogs and cats

  • Food motivated — eager to learn and responds well to treats

  • Energetic and ready for an active home

🐾 Things to know

  • Still working on basic manners and building confidence, especially in new or stressful environments like vet visits

  • Has some resource guarding tendencies with other dogs, but manageable with structure and an experienced owner

  • Will benefit from continued training and clear boundaries to help her thrive

Bella Bear would do best with an owner who enjoys an engaged, present companion and is willing to continue guiding her as she builds confidence and skills. In return, she offers unwavering loyalty, affection, and a constant presence by your side.
